Quinnipiac’s Alex Jackson, a sophomore forward, has decided to transfer after a season with the team.
Jackson spent a year at Frederick C.C. before enrolling at Quinnipac last year. He averaged 19.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game while shooting 32 percent from long range as a freshman at Frederick Community College.
While at Quinnipiac he played in 24 games, starting six times, averaging 1.5 ppg and 2 rebounds.
Jackson’s decision gives the Bobcats a third scholarship for the upcoming season. Quinnipiac has already received a commitment from Kendrick Ray for next season.
Here is a complete list of the college transfers.
