Delle Donne worth rooting for
Got time for a great read ?
Check out this story on Delaware's Elene Delle Donne.
There are a lot of differing views on her departure from UConn four years ago.
It left some fans dismayed with her. She spent 48 hours on the campus and then took off.
Some say she couldn't have hacked it at UConn. Others feel she thought she was too good and didn't want to put up with what UConn's staff and veteran players had in store for the incoming frosh phenom.
Was she homesick or did she just want to be with her sister?
Whatever the truth I don't know. I just find it really hard to root against her.
